Registration for the NCMLS PhD programme

To participate in the NCMLS PhD training programme, the PhD candidate has to fill in an Entry Form at the start of the PhD project. This form contains the personal details and a brief description of the PhD research plan. The completed form signed by the PhD candidate, the direct supervisor (promoter) and, if applicable, the co-supervisor (co-promoter), must be returned to the NCMLS office within eight weeks after the start of your PhD project.

PhD student members of the PhD committee are providing introductory talks on the NCMLS programme and other PhD-related start up affairs. You can register for a talk by sending an e-mail to the NCMLS office (Margret Achour, internal postal code 259RT).

Hora Est

It is mandatory for all PhD candidates of the Radboud University Nijmegen (Medical Centre), which includes the NCMLS, to register in Hora Est. Hora Est is a database that can monitor the progress of every PhD candidate from the beginning till the end of his/her PhD project. Registration is needed in the future for admittance to courses offered by the RUNMC and other purposes.
